Liquidation Notice

Please be advised that St. Georges Limited is in Liquidation, following by order made by The Supreme Court of Bermuda on 7 March 2019 (and amended on 20 March 2019) for the winding up of the Company.
John Johnston and Rachelle Frisby, both of Deloitte Ltd., act as Joint Liquidators of the Company (the “Bermuda Liquidators”) following a meeting of the creditors of the Company held on 13 December 2019.
